Mr. K Abdul Razak is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since its inception. He is the Founder Chairman of the Company and has over 5 decades of experience in Fish Meal, Fish Oil industry. Mr Razak has an advisory role and gives guidance to the company given his rich experience and stature in the Indian Fishmeal Industry.
Mr. K Abdul Razak is also a Director on the Board of Haris Marine Products Private Limited.

Mr. K Mohammed Haris is the Managing Director and CEO of Mukka Proteins Limited. A Commerce Graduate with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles responsible for developing vision of the company by strengthening business performance through strategic roadmaps, innovative solutions, improved operating stability, expansions, acquisitions and efficiency. His Visionary Leadership and commitment towards Commodities Market has led spearheading the growth mantle of Mukka Proteins Limited across the globe. He is also the founding member of Indian Fish Meal and Fish Oil Exporters Association ( IFAFEA).
He has fostered a highly motivated team creating an atmosphere for people to effectively execute their assignments focussing on R&D, automation & innovations. He focuses on the overall functioning of the Company, emphasising on process, technology advancement, delivery, pricing models, quality control, customer satisfaction and information technology.
Mr. K Mohammed Haris is also a Director on the Board of Shipwaves Online Limited, Haris Marine Products Private Limited, Atlantic Marine Products Private Limited, Ento Proteins Private Limited, Ocean Proteins Private Limited, Umaya Developers Private Limited, Mcity Holdings Private Limited and a Designated Partner in Bearys Associates LLP.

Mr. Karkala Shankar Balachandra Rao, aged 67 years, is the Chairman & Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as the Independent Director of the Company on January 15, 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bangalore University, LLB from Bangalore University and Associate Certificate from the Indian Institute of Bankers. He previously worked with Canara Bank Securities Limited as a Director from September 16, 2011 to July 19, 2014. He has worked for Canara Bank in various capacities in Branches, Regional/Divisional Offices, Circle Office and Heal Office from 1973 to 2014. He has over 30 years of experience in Banking, Credit, Foreign Exchange etc.
Mr. Karkala Shankar Balachandra Rao is also an Independent Director on the Board of Shipwaves Online Limited.

Mr K Mohammed Arif is the whole time Director & Chief Operating Officer of Mukka Proteins Limited. A Core industrial background acumen with over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational aspects of production & engineering, warehousing, dispatch and procurement. He is associated with Mukka Proteins since 2000 in senior operational roles with extensive understanding of the work culture, process and people.
Mr Arif heads Quality, Infrastructure, R& D & Value Engineering with new Initiatives in connection with alternate Proteins and Product efficiency.

Mr Mohammed Altaf is the whole time Director & Chief Financial Officer of Mukka Proteins Limited. A Computer Science graduate with over 17 years of experience in Marketing, Backend Operations & International Logistics. He overlooks the backend process and was instrumental in reviewing the company Audits and cost analysis.
He is responsible for Investments, early stage businesses, transaction structuring, Mobilisation of funds and Turnaround Situations. His experience, commitment towards quality and consistent towards the work, reflects the leadership role in the company.

Mr. Narendra Surendra Kamath, aged 56 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as the Independent Director of the Company on January 15, 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Bombay University and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also qualified as Internal Assessor of Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), the Quality Standard followed by Tata Group. He was associated as a Director with Big Flicks Private Limited from August 12, 2015 to April 10, 2019; Zapak Mobile Games Private Limited from August 12, 2015 to April 10, 2019; Reliance Entertainment Ventures Private Limited from January 20, 2016 to May 25, 2019; RBEP Entertainment Private Limited from May 28, 2019 to February 12, 2021; and as a Body Corporate DP Nominee from February 05, 2019 to February 11, 2021 with Reliance Animation LLP. Mr. Hamad Bava, aged 69 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as the Independent Director of the Company on January 15, 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Mysore and Master’s Degree in Commerce from University of Mysore. He has worked for Vijaya Bank in various capacities as Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, Sr. Branch Manager in Head Office and various Branches from 1975 to 2012. He has over 35 years of experience in Banking. He was superannuated from Vijay Bank on May 31, 2012. After retirement, he has also served as Finance Manager at Yenepoya Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Private Limited, Mangalore for 7 years from 2013 to 2019.
